Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support a global toy company's Marketing team, ensuring brand consistency and smooth execution of campaigns across multiple markets. This remote position focuses on digital asset management, PR support, sample tracking, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Organise brand and product assets with proper categorisation, tagging and naming conventions.
• Handle ad‑hoc retailer asset requests, including resizing, cropping and reformatting.
• Perform basic edits using Canva or similar tools to meet retailer specifications.
• Prepare PR collateral such as product sheets and presentation materials.
• Build and maintain regional sample trackers covering product details, quantity, location and timing.
• Own end‑to‑end sample tracking, monitoring ETAs, courier details and shipment progress.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages, escalating issues when needed.
• Assist with YouTube and social channel uploads, tagging, scheduling and community engagement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional requests with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, factories and logistics partners.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital asset management or eCommerce support.
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing trackers, files and multiple timelines.
• Experience establishing clear naming conventions, tagging systems and folder structures for digital assets.
