Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Account Officer and Team Head, providing essential support throughout the full lifecycle of client accounts—from onboarding to closure. This role bridges marketing initiatives with account management to help achieve campaign goals and business development objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Account Officers in onboarding new accounts and managing account closures.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends and data to inform marketing strategies.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns, contributing to business development efforts.
• Coordinate multiple tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain organized records.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
• Organizational and coordination abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
• Willingness to work at the head office in Makati/Ortigas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing tools or platforms.
