About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Activation Specialist to lead exciting brand activations that drive sales and attract customer traffic. In this on‑site role, you will own impactful field campaigns and bring our Fruitas brands to life.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead brand activation events that drive sales and increase customer traffic.
  • Plan and execute field marketing campaigns that bring Fruitas brands to life.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure activation initiatives align with overall brand strategy.
  • Monitor and report on activation performance metrics to optimize future activities.

Required profile

  • Passionate about brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
