Manufacturing Engineer – Remote (Hourly)

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work remotely on an hourly contract. You will help improve AI models that interpret manufacturing processes, ensuring data quality and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert insights to enhance AI understanding of manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and refine manufacturing datasets.
• Analyze workflows to spot inefficiencies and propose optimization opportunities.
• Validate AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and industry compliance.
• Document process improvements, technical knowledge, and workflow adjustments.
• Apply lean manufacturing and process‑optimization techniques to improve data quality.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Strong experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Technical expertise with manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and process documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration in remote, cross‑functional environments.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
