Manual Quality Assurance Tester (Junior/Mid) – Remote

About the role

Conjointly is looking for a Manual Quality Assurance Tester to join its remote team. The position is open to junior and mid‑level candidates who will ensure the platform’s surveys and research tools work flawlessly across devices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual integration (end‑to‑end) testing, functional, non‑functional, regression, system and backend testing.
• Execute tests on mobiles, tablets and computers via a third‑party service.
• Document bugs, write detailed use cases and report defects for developers.
• Analyse defect patterns, handle complex scenarios and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Share knowledge and guide junior testers (mid‑level only).
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and other duties as required.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Russian language.
• Solid understanding of the testing process and ability to analyse defect sources.
• Experience maintaining test documentation.
• Reside in a GMT+7 to GMT+12 time zone and be available for full‑time remote work (Mon‑Fri, 9 am‑5 pm local time).
• Comfortable communicating via Slack and Zoom.

Required skills

• SQL database knowledge
• Understanding of HTTP, browsers, HTML, CSS, XPath
