About the role

We are seeking an experienced people leader to manage a team of seven or more professionals within an insurance and risk‑management environment. The role focuses on driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting strategic objectives across global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7+ employees to meet business and performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations, guaranteeing service delivery meets quality, compliance, and productivity standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding, training, and professional development of staff.
• Identify operational risks and implement solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present performance reports, business updates, and operational insights to leadership.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
• Support business needs across North America shifts as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven people‑management experience with direct leadership of at least seven team members.
• Background in insurance, risk management, compliance, financial services, or related industries.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and client‑facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and performance‑management capabilities.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing operational metrics, KPIs, and service‑delivery performance.
• Willingness to work a shifting schedule supporting North American operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
