Manager, Cases Editorial

About the role

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Manager for its Cases Editorial team based in Manila. Working in a hybrid model, you will lead a group of Attorney Editors focused on United States and Canada case law, partnering closely with the Director or Senior Manager of the Managed Services Platform (MSP).

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop individual contributors, ensuring clear communication between the team and senior leadership.
• Set and track team OKRs, align priorities, and drive performance against business goals.
• Participate in talent acquisition, interview processes, and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Provide timely feedback, address under‑performance, and resolve team issues.
• Collaborate with other managers to share resources and ensure high‑priority work is completed.
• Perform editorial tasks as needed to meet quality and currency expectations.
• Represent Thomson Reuters at customer events and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and apply commercial acumen to enhance the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing editorial or content teams, preferably in a legal context.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to set clear goals, monitor performance, and develop talent.
