Geographic Legal Counsel Associate Manager

About the role

The Geographic Legal Counsel Associate Manager provides comprehensive legal and compliance support to Accenture’s corporate functions worldwide. The role focuses on internal policy compliance, legal research, and delivering practical solutions to daily operational inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to GCC, Workplace Solutions, Marketing, HR, IT, and other business units on ethics, anti‑corruption, competition law, data privacy, IP, and conflict of interest.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with local laws and Accenture policies.
• Collaborate with other Accenture legal teams (Litigation, Employment Law, Taxes, etc.) to ensure consistent support across regulatory areas.
• Review and update Codes of Conduct to reflect evolving legal and ethical standards.
• Manage SharePoint sites, draft checklists, and maintain communication records.
• Support recruitment, supervise resources, and provide coaching to junior team members.

Required profile

• Ability to analyze and solve moderately complex legal problems.
• Understanding of strategic direction set by senior management.
• Experience interacting with direct supervisors and peers in a corporate environment.
