Managed Services Project Manager

About the role

Globant is looking for a Managed Services Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of application maintenance services. You will ensure operational excellence, service continuity, and alignment with client expectations while driving innovation through automation and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage minor enhancements delivery and coordinate production support with a strong sense of urgency.
• Engage stakeholders, provide progress and risk reporting, and handle incident escalation.
• Govern SLA/KPI compliance, oversee backlog and sprint planning, and ensure release and testing standards.
• Lead the team through staffing, onboarding, on‑call scheduling, PTO coordination, development, and performance management.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities, drive automation projects, and support AI‑related initiatives.
