Maintenance Technician – Subic

About the role

CBRE is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its facilities team in Subic, Zambales. The role involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of building equipment and diagnose potential issues.
• Perform repairs and assist with installation or modification of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion using the company’s maintenance system.
• Support energy‑management initiatives by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations and report violations.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or trade school certificate with 1‑2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Ability to meet physical demands such as stooping, standing, climbing ladders and lifting loads of 50 lb or more.
• Basic communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
• Strong organizational mindset and willingness to follow defined procedures under supervision.
