Maintenance Technician – Building Systems

About the role

CBRE is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support small‑to‑medium sized buildings and industrial equipment at its Globe Carmona site in the Philippines. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring building systems run efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and execute corrective actions.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track completion using available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures to resolve straightforward problems and communicate findings clearly.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Ability to meet physical demands such as stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders and lifting/carrying loads of 50 lb or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Good communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
• Strong organizational mindset and inquisitive attitude.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
