Maintenance Technician – Globe Carmona

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of small to medium‑sized buildings and industrial equipment at its Globe Carmona site in Cavite, Philippines. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring building systems operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and execute corrective actions.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track completion using available systems, and support energy‑management initiatives.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate findings clearly.

Required profile

• High School diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift/carry loads of 50 lb or more.
• Capability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Effective communication for exchanging straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
