Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the efficient operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our plant utility systems in a food manufacturing environment. The role ensures reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance of electrical, water, compressed air, ventilation, wastewater, and refrigeration facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise operation, maintenance, and optimization of plant utility systems including refrigeration, ventilation, electrical, water, wastewater, and compressed air.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor utility performance, analyze operational data, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and operating parameters.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and drive corrective and preventive actions for utility‑related issues.
• Oversee third‑party contractors and service providers, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Support engineering improvement projects, facility upgrades, and sustainability initiatives focused on resource and energy efficiency.
• Provide engineering reports and operational support to meet safety, quality, environmental, and food‑safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline with a valid PRC license.
• Minimum three years of experience in utilities, facilities, or plant engineering within a food manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
