Maintenance Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to coordinate work orders, repairs and servicing for all machinery and equipment in our plant. The role ensures efficient operation by preparing technical documentation and maintaining a complete history of machine repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work orders, preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for plant equipment.
• Prepare and update technical documents such as drawings, diagrams, P&ID and flow charts to support the maintenance crew.
• Maintain a detailed record of machine repair history for analysis and continuous improvement.
• Identify, order and track materials, parts and equipment required for planned work.
• Develop, update and control engineering department documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical operation and maintenance of food‑industry machinery.
• Experience planning and implementing maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with food safety standards such as FSSC, HACCP and GMP.
• Licensed Engineer preferred.
