Maintenance Lead – Production Line

About the role

The Maintenance Lead will ensure that production lines operate without technical constraints by planning, organizing and executing maintenance activities efficiently and cost‑effectively. You will coach line teams, transfer knowledge and support loss‑elimination initiatives to meet line and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Review and prioritize SAP work orders and notifications within 24 hours of creation.
• Lead daily review of completed jobs and adjust plans based on current work status.
• Coordinate planned stops with Cell Lead, Process Lead and line teams, integrating SAP orders into the stop plan.
• Schedule weekly and monthly maintenance work in alignment with the annual maintenance plan.
• Optimize startup, shutdown and major maintenance interventions together with Cell and Process Leads.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, create OPLs and train line personnel.
• Develop and maintain the annual maintenance calendar.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, labour law and corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, mechanical or electrical discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a senior technical or maintenance role, preferably in the make‑and‑pack tobacco industry.
• Strong knowledge of technical and technological issues related to production equipment.
