Machine Technician

About the role

The Machine Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and optimizing industrial machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production. You will monitor equipment performance, perform quality checks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery, adjusting settings as needed.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and document any defects.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and part replacement.
• Execute preventive maintenance, inspections, and calibration according to schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system failures.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and system upgrades.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve machine reliability.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training (TESDA, electromechanical) preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods in a fast‑paced environment.
• Manual dexterity for handling tools and machinery.
• Willingness to follow company safety and quality standards.
