Machine Technician (FPIP) – Tanauan, Batangas

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Technician to join our team in Tanauan, Batangas. The role focuses on supporting conversion maintenance activities and ensuring optimal machine performance through data‑driven analysis. This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to three years of experience in industrial technology.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing conversion maintenance tasks.
• Analyze and monitor machine data, applying the PDCA (Plan‑Do‑Check‑Act) cycle to develop effective countermeasures.
• Manage parts inventory, ensuring timely availability and control of components.

Required profile

• Graduate of Industrial Technology (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumental Control).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; up to three years of relevant experience accepted.
• Knowledge of basic automation systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrates initiative and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
