Machine Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

The Machine Operator will convert raw materials into finished goods on an assigned production line, using allocated manpower, tools, equipment, and systems. This role ensures that both raw material quality and finished product specifications meet company standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute conversion of raw materials into finished goods on the designated line.
• Ensure raw material and finished product quality complies with standard specifications.
• Operate and maintain process equipment to achieve optimal efficiency and quality.
• Inspect equipment during production runs and perform routine checks.
• Lift and handle heavy equipment as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience operating machines or handling production equipment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food manufacturing or semiconductor industry (either sector is acceptable).
• Ability to work in hot and/or cold environments.
• Willingness to work a shifting schedule at the Canlubang, Laguna facility.
• Fresh graduates with a minimum of 3 months machine‑operation internship or OJT are welcome.
