Machine Operator – Large-Format Printing

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Operator to run and maintain large-format and digital printing equipment at our Batangas facility. The role ensures high-quality output while meeting production schedules in a fast-paced printing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and calibrate large-format printers such as Mimaki, Digicut, Laser and UV Mimaki machines.
• Set up print jobs, adjust colour settings, media type and cutting specifications for optimal results.
• Monitor machine performance, ink levels and material feed to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
• Inspect printed materials for colour accuracy, sharpness and overall quality.
• Follow production schedules and complete jobs within set deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, machine handling guidelines and quality-control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating large-format and digital printing machines (e.g., Mimaki, Digicut, Laser, UV Mimaki).
• Strong knowledge of colour management, material handling and print-finishing techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
• Willingness to work on-site in Batangas and follow production schedules.
