Luxury Hospitality Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media & Content Manager to lead our luxury hospitality digital presence. You will produce high‑impact visual and video assets for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, supporting both consumer‑facing and corporate campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, static posts, and carousel designs.
• Adapt content for restaurant & bar marketing, events, and corporate audiences.
• Design social assets, EDMs, event collateral, and promotional materials while maintaining a premium visual identity.
• Manage publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business and support LinkedIn roll‑outs.
• Monitor comments, messages and enquiries, ensuring brand‑aligned community interaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends and propose creative concepts.
• Track engagement metrics, optimise content based on performance insights.

Required profile

• Strong experience in social media content creation, preferably within hospitality or lifestyle.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple content streams.
• Proven track record of delivering fast‑turnaround, high‑quality assets.

Required skills

• Advanced video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
• Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok performance metrics.
• Experience producing EDMs and marketing assets.
