Loyalty Consultant – Remote (AU Loyalty Services)

About the role

We are seeking a Loyalty Consultant to support our Australian loyalty services portfolio while working remotely from the Philippines. You will join a fast‑growing consultancy that helps leading organisations design, manage and grow customer loyalty programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client‑facing activities such as stakeholder interviews, workshops, meetings and presentations.
• Manage multiple projects and client engagements, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Conduct research and analysis on loyalty programmes, customer behaviours, value propositions and programme effectiveness.
• Perform market, competitor, sector and customer research, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Develop financial models and support business case creation, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports and strategic materials using storytelling and data visualization.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in loyalty consulting, CRM, customer retention or related fields.
• Strong academic background.
• Experience working with clients and managing deliverables.
• Familiarity with loyalty programmes in sectors such as airlines, banking, retail, travel, insurance or payments (advantageous but not essential).
