Logistics Senior Assistant – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

The Logistics Senior Assistant supports daily logistics activities by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining efficient inventory movement. This role is essential for on‑time deliveries, cost control, and continuous support of manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including import/export, local deliveries, and warehouse coordination.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Customs, PEZA, and international trade regulations.
• Review and manage shipping documents, permits, and customs clearance.
• Track logistics costs, identify savings, and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Production, and Customer Service to align logistics with production schedules.
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) for transaction processing and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor or electronics industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine customs, PEZA, and BOC regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
