About the role

Valoroo is seeking a high‑energy Logistics Recruiter to drive its talent pipeline in the fast‑moving logistics and supply‑chain sector. You will specialize in sourcing, headhunting, and placing professionals such as dispatchers, freight brokers, supply‑chain analysts, and operations managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for logistics and supply‑chain positions, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Actively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, niche logistics job boards, cold outreach, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified logistics professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate technical expertise, industry knowledge (e.g., TMS software, DOT regulations, freight market dynamics), and cultural fit.
• Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets while adapting to tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks and talent trends to advise stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of dedicated recruitment experience within logistics or supply‑chain.
• Proven track record of passive candidate sourcing and headhunting.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong adaptability and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
