Logistics Liaison & Operations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Liaison/Operations Officer to coordinate daily hauling operations between vessels and subcontracted trucks. The role serves as the key point of contact among vessel crews, truck subcontractors, and the head office, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hauling operations from vessel to subcontracted trucks
• Monitor delivery schedules
• Act as liaison between vessel crew, truck subcontractors, and head office
• Ensure complete and accurate delivery documents
• Monitor dispatch, arrival, and turnaround times
• Report issues, delays, or discrepancies immediately
• Assist in documentation, billing, and operational reports

Required profile

• Graduate of any course (Engineering or Logistics-related course is an advantage)
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or transport operations is preferred but not required
• Fresh graduates with strong coordination and communication skills are welcome
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel or be assigned on‑site if needed
• Computer literate (Excel, reports, email)
