Logistic Planner

About the role

The Logistic Planner will work on‑site in Bulacan, supporting Crown Asia Chemicals Corporation’s supply chain by planning and coordinating product movement, storage, and distribution. This full‑time position ensures timely deliveries, optimal inventory levels, and smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and continuously update delivery schedules and inventory plans.
• Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve logistics issues to maintain service levels.
• Coordinate daily activities with warehouses, transport providers, and internal teams.
• Analyze demand, lead times, and capacity data to recommend process and route improvements.
• Support supply‑chain initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Produce accurate documentation, reports, and regular communications for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret logistics data and performance indicators.
• Effective planning skills for creating and adjusting delivery schedules and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Customer‑service orientation to address delivery concerns and maintain positive relationships.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end material flow, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain within manufacturing or construction environments is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with planning or ERP systems.
