Outbound Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Outbound Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily outbound operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, staged, loaded and shipped accurately and on time. The role balances productivity, inventory accuracy and safety while leading a team of warehouse associates.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate outbound activities such as picking, packing, staging, loading and shipping.
• Monitor order accuracy, resolve discrepancies and ensure shipments meet customer requirements.
• Manage workforce scheduling, attendance, daily assignments and conduct performance coaching.
• Collaborate with inventory control, planning, sales and logistics partners to maintain accurate inventory and smooth fulfillment.
• Track and analyze KPIs (order accuracy, fill rate, productivity, on‑time shipment) and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct briefings, inspections and incident investigations.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment following 5S standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Hands‑on experience with order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping and transportation coordination.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP system proficiency.
• RF scanning device operation.
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
