Livestream Producer & Operator (AI)

About the role

The Livestream Producer & Operator will lead end‑to‑end production of AI‑driven live shows, from planning and scripting to real‑time broadcast direction. This role ensures seamless integration of AI characters, manages technical execution, and uses performance data to improve future productions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all production elements, including graphics, visual assets, and technical infrastructure, to enable smooth AI integration.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to define capabilities and avatars of AI hosts.
• Write natural‑sounding dialogue and design conversational flows for AI characters that match their personas and the show narrative.
• Oversee live‑to‑VOD recording, stream quality, and audio/video synchronization during broadcasts.
• Direct the livestream, making real‑time creative and technical decisions to ensure flawless delivery.
• Partner with data scientists to analyze AI performance metrics and inform content strategy.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and team reviews to identify creative and technical improvements for future shows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative writing, screenwriting, or copywriting focused on a specific character or voice.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisive calls in a high‑pressure, live environment.
• Willingness to work a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, to match live show timings.
