Line Cook (Reliever) – Metro Manila

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Line Cook (Reliever) to support kitchen operations across multiple branches in Metro Manila. The successful candidate will prepare high‑quality dishes, uphold food safety standards, and step in at any location as needed to ensure smooth daily service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items following standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and timely service of all food orders.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean and sanitized.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols at all times.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing supplies using FIFO procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or quality issues to the Branch Supervisor.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Travel between branches (e.g., Makati, Taguig, Parañaque, Las Piñas) as a reliever when required.

Required profile

• Senior High School graduate or vocational graduate; culinary or hospitality training is a plus.
• 6‑12 months of experience as a line cook, kitchen staff, or similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
