Licensed Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Architect to join our design team in Makati City. The role involves creating accurate architectural drawings, integrating engineering considerations, and delivering design solutions from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, and 3‑D perspectives using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and other CAD tools.
• Incorporate engineering and code compliance requirements into designs.
• Develop complete design packages under supervision, ensuring clear communication of intent.
• Visit project sites, respond to queries, and support construction teams.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with engineers, project architects, and managers to resolve design issues.
• Present design concepts to clients through visual materials.

Required profile

• Licensed architect with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, engineering trades, and construction processes.
• Proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work long hours and be based in Makati City.
