Licensed Architect

About the role

We are seeking a licensed architect with 3‑5 years of experience to join our design team in Makati. You will be responsible for turning concepts into detailed construction documents while collaborating closely with engineers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and other CAD tools.
• Incorporate engineering considerations and code compliance into all designs.
• Develop detailed construction documents under the guidance of senior staff.
• Visit project sites to address queries and ensure design intent is met.
• Prepare reports for project architects, managers and partners.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve design‑engineering issues.
• Present design concepts to clients through visual materials.
• Meet project deadlines and maintain high quality standards.

Required profile

• Licensed architect with at least 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of code compliance, engineering trades and construction processes.
• Pro‑active, able to work under pressure and long hours.
• Willing to work on‑site in Makati and undergo further training.
