Licensed Architect

About the role

JGPro is seeking a Licensed Architect to join its Metro Manila office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The successful candidate will lead architectural design projects for high‑end residential, commercial and corporate spaces, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver design solutions that meet project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectural design concepts and detailed plans.
• Create technical drawings, 3‑D renderings and visualisations for client presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction and interior teams to ensure design integration.
• Assist in preparing project documentation and coordinate site activities as needed.
• Maintain design quality, compliance with regulations and project timelines.

Required profile

• Licensed Architect (new board passers are welcome).
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3‑D modelling tools.
• Experience with 3‑D rendering and visualisation software.
• Technical drafting and architectural design expertise.
