Legal Recruiter – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Recruiter to work remotely from the Philippines. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end talent acquisition for legal positions, building a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment for legal roles across client locations.
• Create job advertisements and develop talent attraction strategies.
• Utilise web‑based job boards and ATS/ERM systems to source, track and manage candidates.
• Gather hiring requirements from managers and communicate role details to candidates.
• Conduct reference and background checks, extend offers and facilitate negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, produce KPI reports and ensure compliance with tracking standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with under‑represented talent pools.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, update resumes when needed, and support assessment administration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within legal or professional services.
• Strong ability to build and maintain candidate relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently from a home office.
• Flexibility to work night shifts (8 hours) with weekends off.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
• Employee Relationship Management (ERM) tools.
• Data analysis for recruitment metrics.
