Legal Professional

About the role

The Legal Professional will provide expert legal support and guidance to the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Working closely with management and external counsel, the role safeguards the company’s legal interests across corporate, labor, intellectual property and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, labor, intellectual property and compliance issues.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda or opinions on complex matters.
• Support litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, coordinating with external counsel.
• Ensure organizational compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Advise management on risk mitigation strategies and legal implications of business decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and case files.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization’s operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Admission to the Philippine Bar (or relevant jurisdiction).
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional legal practice, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
• Experience in contract management, compliance and dispute resolution.
• Background in labor law, intellectual property or regulatory affairs is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency with legal research tools.
