Legal Officer

About the role

The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) is seeking a proactive Legal Officer to provide legal advice, ensure compliance, and support the organization’s administrative and project needs. This position will be based in Pasig with the possibility of relocation to Carmona, Cavite.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and opinions on a wide range of issues affecting the federation.
• Monitor dispute resolution processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct legal research, respond promptly to legal concerns, and draft or review contracts, memoranda, office orders, and other corporate documents.
• Maintain and secure documentation integrity, ensuring all transactions and procedures are legally binding.
• Act as the compliance officer for government regulations, FIFA, APC and PFF policies.
• Liaise with external counsel and government agencies on matters involving the federation.
• Travel as required, including outside Metro Manila or the Philippines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Business Studies, Administration, Legal Management, Secretarial or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; paralegal experience is a plus.
• Willingness to be assigned to the Pasig area and relocate to Carmona, Cavite.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
