Legal Counsel

About the role

The Legal Counsel will join the Philippine legal team, providing corporate legal support to assigned business units. You will handle corporate housekeeping, labor and employment matters, contract drafting and review, compliance management, and advice on commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Practice Area Management – manage assigned legal practice areas based on project and business needs.
• Account Legal Management – deliver legal support for business units, support services, and functions, covering operational and project‑related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate digital contracts and other commercial agreements.
• Monitor compliance with corporate policies and relevant Philippine regulations.
• Advise on labor, employment, and data‑privacy issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.).
• Minimum 3 years of legal practice in a top‑tier law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience reviewing digital contracts; familiarity with data‑privacy matters is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work arrangement.
