About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Legal Contracts Specialist to support the review and management of international contracts. The role involves ensuring contracts are accurately executed, obligations are tracked, and documentation is complete.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze international contracts and agreements.
- Assist in contract execution and ensure obligations are properly tracked and managed.
- Maintain contract databases and monitoring tools for contract lifecycle tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding contract requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract documentation.
Required profile
- Legal education (college graduate or undergraduate).
- At least 1 year of experience reviewing international contracts.
- Experience in agreement execution and obligations management.
- Willingness to work onsite 2‑3 times per week with a shifting schedule.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
