Legal Collections Specialist

About the role

The Legal Collections Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end small‑claims debt collection process for Home Credit Philippines. You will work closely with courts, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely recovery of outstanding sums.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with courts and other government agencies.
• Prepare data files and documentation required for filing small‑claims cases.
• Send demand letters and provide personal service of summons and related court decisions.
• Assist court personnel in service of summons and gather evidence or attachments for filing.
• File company collection cases before the Small Claims Court and attend initial hearings and motions for execution.
• Manage the execution process and follow‑up on court orders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in law offices or the banking/finance sector.
• Hands‑on experience with small‑claims debt processes and execution procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters delicately and multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with company policies, strong attention to detail, and professional work ethics.
• Self‑management, efficient legal research, and computer literacy.
