Legal and Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Legal and Compliance Specialist to strengthen our legal operations by coordinating contracts, corporate records, regulatory filings, intellectual property and compliance requirements. You will support QRTIGER CORP. and its affiliated entities, ensuring visibility over legal requests, contractual obligations and emerging risks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage legal request, contract and compliance trackers, handling intake, document collection, prioritization, status monitoring and escalation.
• Coordinate the full contract lifecycle—from preparation and review to approval, signature, storage, renewal, amendment and termination.
• Prepare first‑drafts of NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, contractor agreements, software agreements and Data Processing Agreements using approved templates.
• Maintain version control, verify contracting entities and ensure documents are signed by authorized representatives.
• Monitor contract expirations, renewal periods and notice requirements, and flag any deviations.
• Support international contractor agreements, amendments and renewals, and identify tax, immigration or jurisdiction‑specific concerns.
• Maintain corporate records, board documents, resolutions and secretary’s certificates; coordinate SEC reportorial requirements with Finance and external auditors.
• Maintain a compliance calendar for SEC, NPC, IPOPHL, business permits and other registrations, and retain proof of government filings.

Required profile

• Analytical, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Practical experience in corporate legal support, contract administration and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting a technology, SaaS or internationally operating company is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document preparation and tracking.
