About the role
We are looking for a Learning & People Development Project Staff to co‑develop an extensive LP&D database for Monde Nissin. The role will involve creating policies, work instructions, processes and a virtual platform that supports smooth online orientation and departmental deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑develop a comprehensive LP&D database covering policies, work instructions and processes.
- Design and create all necessary learning and development materials.
- Build an effective system to execute and maximise a virtual platform.
- Set up a streamlined online orientation and deployment workflow for departments.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to monitor project progress and development.
- Prepare a final project report to evaluate outcomes and impact.
Required profile
- Graduate in Psychology or a related field.
- Creative and innovative thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar editing tools (preferred).
