Talent Acquisition Project Staff

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Project Staff to drive the attraction, sourcing and recruitment of top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting the organization’s workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events and other channels to source and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interview schedules and align candidates with hiring team requirements.
• Manage the candidate journey, providing timely communication, feedback and a positive experience throughout the process.
• Promote the company’s culture and values to strengthen employer branding and market reputation.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports for HR management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and talent market dynamics to refine recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field (open to fresh graduates).
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
