Learning & Development Officer

About the role

The Learning & Development Officer will design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that build organizational capability and support business goals. You will partner with leaders and HR teams to identify training needs and deliver engaging development programs across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis with business leaders to identify capability gaps.
• Design curricula, training modules, facilitator guides, and assessment tools using adult learning principles.
• Facilitate workshops, orientations, and capability‑building sessions for employees and managers.
• Manage end‑to‑end training logistics, communications, and participant evaluations.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness, preparing dashboards and recommendations.
• Maintain training records, learning documentation, and support learning system administration.
• Identify and implement process improvements for learning operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in Learning & Development or corporate training.
