Learning & Development Executive

About the role

The Learning & Development Executive will support the Human Resources department of Conrad Manila by championing the service culture, maintaining learning records, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role is pivotal in delivering training, performance reviews, and recognition programs that align with Hilton’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate the Conrad Ambassador Network and uphold Hilton’s MAKE IT RIGHT program.
• Provide administrative support to HR, including policy implementation and documentation.
• Maintain and update team members' learning records in both manual and computerized systems.
• Coordinate probationary and performance reviews, ensuring timely completion.
• Assist in setting up training programs, preparing learning requirements, and managing training materials.
• Monitor and update recognition programs, generate certificates, and prepare presentations.
• Handle confidential filing, correspondence, and office organization.
• Support onboarding processes and maintain the Team Member Notice Board.
