Learning Capability Officer

About the role

The Learning Capability Officer designs, develops, and maintains learning solutions that support capability‑building priorities across the organization. Working closely with subject‑matter experts and business stakeholders, you will create engaging, learner‑centered experiences across classroom, virtual, digital, and blended formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs, curricula, journeys, and instructional materials aligned with identified capability needs.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to produce learner‑centric content for instructor‑led, virtual, digital, blended, and experiential solutions.
• Leverage digital tools, multimedia, simulations, microlearning, and interactive technologies to innovate learning approaches.
• Conduct content audits, maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and digital assets, ensuring version control and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with business units and SMEs to gather requirements, validate solutions, coordinate reviews, pilot sessions, and collect stakeholder feedback.
• Analyze learning feedback and evaluation data, recommending enhancements to improve engagement and performance.
• Manage learning development projects, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate documentation of learning assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Learning Experience Design, Talent Development, or Capability Development.
• Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning experience design.
• Experience creating classroom, virtual, blended, digital, and experiential learning solutions.
• Strong written communication and presentation abilities.
