Learning Admin Helpdesk – First Contact & Resolution Expert

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson as a Learning Admin Helpdesk specialist, providing first‑contact support for the Learn platform worldwide. You will ensure smooth end‑to‑end assistance for users and administrators, handling queries, simple transactions, and guiding self‑service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver global Learn support with 24/5 coverage across chat, case management and other channels.
• Process straightforward transactions such as uploading training materials, updating completions, modifying due dates, and adjusting test attempts.
• Guide users through system navigation and intake portal processes.
• Investigate and resolve issues while adhering to Service Level Agreements and risk‑management principles.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members and maintain clear documentation.
• Update knowledge bases and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience.
• Experience in learning administration or HR/talent‑related technologies is preferred.
• Strong written communication in English and ability to explain system limitations and policies.
• Demonstrated ownership, integrity and commitment to quality customer service.
