Lead Recruiter – Training & Quality (Remote, US Pacific Hours)

About the role

Lead Recruiter – Training & Quality will oversee onboarding, training, coaching and quality assurance for Talently’s remote recruiting team. The role works directly inside Talently’s recruiting platform, reviewing live recruiter activity and ensuring high‑quality output while aligning with U.S. Pacific business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training programs for new recruiters.
• Review Boolean searches, sourcing strategies and recruiter activity within the Talie platform.
• Audit job ads, candidate submissions, outreach messages and follow‑up processes.
• Listen to recruiter calls and provide practical coaching.
• Monitor adherence to recruiting processes and standards, identifying recurring mistakes.
• Create targeted training materials, checklists and scorecards.
• Determine when recruiters are ready to work independently and report progress to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. agency recruiting or staffing.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching expertise.
• Proven experience coaching, training or reviewing other recruiters.
• Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English with ability to give direct, constructive feedback.
• Highly organized, people‑oriented and accountable.
• Available to work U.S. Pacific business hours.
