Lead Recruiter

About the role

Outsourcey is seeking a Lead Recruiter to drive its talent acquisition strategy and support the rapid growth of its BPO operations. This remote position will enable you to shape the HR function, build high‑quality talent pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top candidates for a variety of roles.
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide market insights.
• Oversee recruitment campaigns, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and candidate quality.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and other talent partners.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal hiring policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with end‑to‑end hiring responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing platforms.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and improve hiring outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
