Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure Cloud Delivery)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive automation and orchestration for our Azure Cloud Delivery platform. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, shaping the CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure‑as‑code, and security posture across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated, scalable infrastructure using PowerShell, YAML, ARM, JSON templates and Terraform.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub, integrating with ServiceNow and Azure Graph APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical designs into code and ensure reliable releases.
• Test, review and provide feedback on code contributions, continuously improving development and release processes.
• Monitor and remediate security threats, ensuring compliance with networking and security best practices.
• Identify and resolve complex service outages or performance degradations.
• Represent Cloud Delivery in Problem Management meetings and drive operational changes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with CI/CD, IaC and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking and security principles in cloud environments.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, preferably ServiceNow and Azure Graph APIs.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and work with cross‑functional teams.
