IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations for both onsite and remote users. You will provide timely technical assistance, maintain systems and infrastructure, and help employees work efficiently with reliable technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and update IT hardware, systems, and infrastructure.
• Manage onboarding, including equipment setup, user accounts, and training.
• Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, and SOP compliance.
• Support regional IT initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and upgrades.
• Develop user guides and training materials.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of IT support experience in a user‑support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide high‑quality user support.

Required skills

• Experience with Windows Server, Windows OS, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as Ping, Nslookup and PuTTY.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
