KYC/AML Quality Control Analyst

About the role

The KYC/AML Quality Control Analyst ensures that all telephony logging and data‑input/KYC activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards. You will monitor calls, perform quality checks, and provide actionable feedback to improve performance across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on telephony logging and data‑input/KYC analysts throughout the entire process.
• Monitor calls and assess adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide timely feedback and QC results to all relevant teams.
• Track quality‑control metrics, identify under‑performing individuals and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Deliver coaching and support to embed improvements and develop formal and informal development plans.
• Stay informed of the regulatory landscape and flag critical issues.
• Review and challenge internal processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and legislative requirements.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in AML/KYC or a related compliance environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a target‑driven setting.
• Experience in an operational or financial environment.
• Ability to interpret data and reporting accurately.
• Effective communication skills for delivering concise and constructive feedback.
