Klaviyo Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Klaviyo Account Manager to join a fast‑growing direct‑response email marketing agency that helps ecommerce brands turn email into serious revenue. You will own client relationships, drive retention strategies, and work closely with the founders to deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own all client communication for managed ecommerce accounts.
• Run regular check‑in calls, explain Klaviyo performance, and build clear action plans.
• Design retention roadmaps across flows, campaigns, SMS, and segmentation.
• Identify revenue opportunities within Klaviyo data and plan monthly promos, launches, and tests.
• Brief copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo specialists with precise direction.
• Review email strategy, copy, and performance with a direct‑response mindset.
• Maintain organized account records in ClickUp to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Klaviyo.
• Background managing ecommerce clients in an agency or retention role.
• Ability to read data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Clear, confident communication on client calls.
• Polished written English.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts.
• Availability to overlap with US time zones.
